Revisions: Our service includes up to 5 revisions per track, allowing you the chance to refine and tweak your audio to your satisfaction. These revisions must be requested within 30 days of the initial mix or master delivery.
No Returns: Due to the nature of digital products and services, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once a service has been performed. We strongly advise that you use the included revision sessions to fine-tune your project before finalizing it.
Quality Assurance: MixingAndMastering.com is committed to ensuring the highest quality of service. We guarantee that our mixes and masters will meet or exceed industry standards. If you believe your project does not meet these standards, you are encouraged to use your revision sessions to make any necessary adjustments.
Project Completion: Projects are considered completed once all revisions have been used or the 30-day revision window has passed, whichever comes first.
Rights and Ownership: All clients maintain the rights and ownership of their music, both before and after the mixing and mastering process.
